My First Visit
On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you and your pet with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out our required forms which will help us gain some information about your pet and their condition.
One of our veterinarians on staff will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding what conditions veterinary medical care may be of benefit to your pet. If we can help your pet, the doctor will let you know. If we cannot provide the necessary services required for your pet's condition, you will be refered to other specialitsts or services in the area that will be able to help you the most. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
After the doctor consults with you, your pet will have a general medical examination. If necessary, the doctor may take X-rays or refer your pet for additional testing procedures.
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you a report of findings and tell you recommendations for medical treatment for your pet.
Treatment may include prescribing medications, vacinations, or physical aids to get your pet back into health.
Our office accepts several forms of payment. To find out more information, you can call Bay Cities Veterinary directly or call now to schedule your consultation at 310-821-4967.
